GARAGE Hot Pilates is a hot mat pilates-inspired studio featuring high-energy HIIT style circuits — all performed in an infrared heated room. Our signature classes flow with the lights low and music loud, and you’ll discover a stronger version of yourself, physically and mentally, by the end of every class.

All classes are designed to be challenging but are suitable for all fitness levels, with instructor cues to modify or amplify. We’re fostering a strong mind-body connection, building endurance, and having fun every time we step onto our mats together.

GARAGE is brought to you by lead instructor, Zoë Sterk. I quite literally started this studio by running one class/week in my home garage gym in Spring 2024 as a fun way to introduce friends and family to this fitness modality that I was obsessed with. By summer we were running multiple classes with memberships, waitlists, new teachers, and clearly outgrowing my home. After years of working on the corporate side of global fitness brands it’s such an honor to own my own studio and be back in my hometown, bringing wellness to the community that raised me. I’m beyond proud to say that we’re officially open in our gorgeous new storefront location in St. Augustine Beach. We can’t wait to sweat with you! Xx
