Waiver for Minors: Ages 14-17
Parental consent is required in order to attend classes and events
Anyone aged 14–15 years old may participate in classes only with a parent or legal guardian present and attending the class. Anyone aged 16–17 years old may participate in classes without a parent or guardian. All minors (ages 14-17) must have a parent or guardian agree to the studio Terms + Conditions on their behalf prior to taking class. No one under 14 years of age may participate unless explicit permission is granted by Garage Pilates, LLC.
